Track Type Tractors

Our G-Series machines - the D3G, D4G, and D5G - have a Caterpillar oval undercarriage designed for long wear life and low maintenance costs.
You can spot our medium and large-size tractors because of our exclusive elevated sprocket design. The elevated sprocket increases productivity, simplifies maintenance, reduces downtime with modular components, and raises final drives and associated power train components out of the work environment, helping to extend drive train life.

Today, nine Caterpillar Track-Type Tractors feature the elevated sprocket design: the D5N, D6N, D6R II, D7R II, D8R II, D9R, D10R, D11R, and D11R Carrydozer.
